Guest Feature: Peterson Car Museum Pt. 1

Most of you have seen the front page of my site, and have seen 3 names at the top. Ben, Gannon, and myself. You've all seen my posts, and Ben often does behind-the-scenes stuff. Before today, Gannon had yet to have a major contribution. But today, that all changes.

.
Back in January, Gannon took a trip out west. Being from a small town in Minnesota, Gannon hadn't had a chance to see many cool or interesting cars. We were talking before he took his trip out that way. I mentioned to him that he should visit the Peterson Car Museum out in Los Angeles, as he was going to be there anyway.

.

He captured some pretty awesome shots of the cars there in the museum. As a big fan of Formula-1 racing, Gannon enjoyed the Open-Wheel IndyCars there.

.

As well as the Formula-1 cars.

.

Unlike the Gilmore Car Museum, the Peterson Museum seems to be set up more to favor photographers. The lighting in this shot is perfect. It also helps that Gannon is a much better photographer than I am.

.

Most car guys are no stranger to Ken Block and his Gymkhana videos. So, it's cool to see a few of the stars from those videos.

.

I'll cap this post off with some shots that Gannon took of one of my favorite Supercars, and the only one of the "Automotive Holy Trinity" that I haven't seen in person, the McLaren P1. As I mentioned the other day, I've got so much content to post, and not much time to work with, so bear with me. And, in the meantime, check out Gannon's Instagram to see some of his other work.

Stay tuned for more content in the coming days, and be sure to follow me on my Instagram as well.
