Fathers Day Cars and Coffee in Lansing

As I mentioned yesterday, it's been a busy week. Fathers Day brings what I'll now be referring to as "Car Show Week".  Sunday Morning was the local Cars and Coffee here in Lansing. As usual, some cool and uncommon cars were present.

.

This car isn't Unusual, but it is a regular at the Cars and Coffee events. This 2016 911 Carrera GTS is a year-round daily-driven car...how awesome is that?

.

The Tri-Five seems to be a staple of any car show, so the fact that we had one at Cars and coffee is no surprise.

.

The new Camaro, while common, is still a good looking car. And, much like the S550 Mustang....it's growing on me.

.

Another staple of the standard Car Show is the Chevy Chevelle SS. This one seems to have a pretty substantially upgraded Cam, and a free-flowing exhaust. The best way to describe the sound of this car....healthy.

.

A Bagged Euro Sedan. Something you'll be seeing a bit of in posts to come, as this coming weekend is EuroHangar.

.

Here's something you don't see much of anymore...the Z31 Nissan 300ZX. I like the all-black scheme going on here. Reminds me a bit of K.I.T.T., as featured in a recent post.

.

I didn't happen to grab a photo of the car this engine was in, and, unfortunately, I don't remember exactly what it was (63 Impala?), but the engine itself looks like it makes more power than the original engine.

.

This Lingenfelter 2019 Corvette ZR1 was brought out by Kristen Lingenfelter. She was tasked with putting miles on this car. That seems like such a fun job. Putting miles on a car that tears up the 'Ring.

.

Thanks for reading. Stay tuned for more photos. Until then, follow me on Instagram.
